Storage method:
1. Store at sub-zero temperatures for 3 months.
Directions:
- Take the FreshMeat™️ out of the refrigerator. Put the whole pack directly into boiling water and cook over high heat for 8 minutes with lid on.
- Cool down by fresh water.
FreshCooked™️
Storage method:
1. Store at sub-zero temperatures for 3 months.
Directions:
- Take the FreshCooked™️ out of the refrigerator.
- Simply thaw in a microwave or warm water, then serve.
Delivery Services
- Free chilled delivery to an SF Store for self-pickup on any purchase of $350 or more. (Please note that delivery is only available to SF Stores that accept chilled goods.)
- Please enter the SF Store code + address in the shipping address (the SF Store must provide chilled goods self-pickup service).

Return Policy
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, please take a photo with your mobile phone as a record and immediately WhatsApp our CS. If an exchange is required, we will arrange for logistics.
We will not accept any return requests if no damage notification is received 3 days after receipt of goods.
