- Any purchase of $350 or more can enjoy free frozen delivery to SF Express Station for self-collection. (Please note that it can only be delivered to SF Express Stations that accept frozen goods)

- Orders below the free shipping amount will be charged an additional $50.

Home delivery service ( Free shipping on purchases of $399 or more)

- Free frozen home delivery service for any purchase of $399 or above ( excluding remote areas: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau and other areas and restricted areas)

- For orders that do not meet the free shipping amount, home delivery will be charged an additional $50 .

- If customers have any questions about the regional definition of their delivery address, please contact customer service before placing an order. In case of any dispute, the company will make the final decision. In response to the actual order situation, the company may make temporary adjustments to the above delivery schedule from time to time.

- There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. In case of public holidays or inclement weather, delivery time will be rescheduled.

Return Arrangement

If the goods you receive are defective, damaged, or not in compliance with the delivery regulations, please notify us by WhatsApp immediately upon receipt of the goods. If you wish to exchange the goods, we will arrange the logistics.
