   - Domestic Shipping: Delivery within 3 days using SF express.

   - Express Shipping: Expedited delivery within 2 days using SF express.

   Orders are typically processed within 2 days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Rates:

Free delivery to SF points for spending over HK$350. Otherwise, $50 of delivery fee will be applied.

Free home delivery for spending over HK$400. Otherwise, $50 of delivery fee will be applied.

 

4. Shipment Tracking:

   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.


5. Delivery Time:

   The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.


6. Shipping Restrictions:

   We strive to comply with all applicable shipping regulations and restrictions. However, there may be certain products that are restricted or prohibited from being shipped to certain locations. If your order contains any restricted items, we will notify you promptly and work towards a suitable solution.
